This brick and aluminium residence was one of the first properties developed on the new subdivision at Orakei Road, (off Tutaki Road) Palmerston North.
Duckett Architecture designed a 445m² home with four bedrooms, den, two living areas, ensuite, bathroom and separate toilet and an additional toilet in the workshop.
The 110m² triple garage and workshop provides ample space to house vehicles and all the necessities to maintain the approximately 2.5 acre section.
130m² of verandahs off the two living areas and the master bedroom create great indoor/outdoor flow and the double sided fire in the lounge creates a great space for outdoor entertaining.
