On the small corner site as you enter Taupo at 2 Mile Bay is a Luxury Holiday home we constructed for Essence NZ.

With the design from Charissa Snijder Architects in Auckland and very specific requirements from the clients we built an executive holiday retreat featuring :-  

  • Two upper level suites
  • Each suite has full bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and                    kitchenette
  • Full gourmet kitchen and alfresco dining
  • Dual living spaces with feature fireplaces
  • Double glazed with underfloor heating
  • Private in-ground soak pool
  • Laundry
  • On site parking and security gates


    • The building was designed to make the most of the small site and on the road side has a solid block wall to reduce traffic noise etc so as not to detract from the great views of the Lake.
