No apartment style retreat you may choose for a weekend away could ever be as well-appointed as the house Paul Humphries built for himself, and partner Cath.

The design was Paul's vision and every last detail in their home was thoroughly researched and planned before construction began including integrated music system, underfloor heating, internal access garage.

The house is set on a 283m² section with a net size of 176m². The site had laid empty for many years, and Paul always came back to it, with a vision of what could be accomplished.

Although it looks compact on the outside it is surprisingly spacious inside with two bedrooms, a den, two bathrooms, a study and a double garage. Outdoor a swimming pool, fire and barbeque area create a wonderful area to relax with friends and family.

Exterior is a combination of titan board, plaster and zincalume, while the inside sees concrete floors downstairs, modern kitchen and bathroom detailing and large expanses of glass to create a lovely sunny living space.

With new owners since being built, the property is still a "mystery" from the outside, and leaves passers-by guessing as to what it really on the inside.  Masterfully designed and built.
