To contrast the traditional established homes of the area we embarked upon an innovative project to design and construct two modern adjoining townhouses.  We were trying to achieve something different, new and innovative.

We worked closely with Duckett Architecture to construct the townhouses on small 350m² sites.  Using a common boundary wall, and creating the new dwellings as 'apartment style' homes, the interior is spacious and outdoor areas maximised.

Large expanses of north facing glass and triple sliding doors opening onto terraces and decks on both levels emphasise the feeling of space.

The exterior is a combination of black linea weatherboard, solid plaster and cedar garage doors.

Modern kitchens with all the latest appliances, rich warm interior colours, plush carpet and Jarrah timber floors, Rinnai Infinity gas hot water, contemporary bathrooms with square china vanity units are a few of the final touches in these exceptional townhouses.
